DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position will be responsible for support of Land activities at TLCS including but not limited to:

This position will be responsible for support of Land activities at TLCS including but not limited to:
- Support CCUS Land Department for assets in the offshore Texas Gulf of Mexico, Inland Louisiana, and Onshore Texas. h
- File documents electronically and in physical files and assist in organizing and overseeing file room.
- Manage relationship with third-party Land Administration vendor to assure lease records and contractual obligations are accurately captured for obligation reminders and timely payments
- Data entry and review of Contracts and Leases in Land third-party vendor database. Generate and circulate contract reports within land and supporting departments.
- Review and analyze carbon capture agreements and land title information to establish, calculate, or change ownership interests, cure title for drilling operations and establish, maintain and update Company ownership in internal data systems.
- Support Accounting team to maintain records of revenue and partnership billing for updated ownership records
- Generate and distribute Company division orders and transfer orders
- Review and analyze carbon capture contracts and agreement records to establish, maintain and comply with contractual obligations.
- Monitor partner non-operated property payment obligations, summarize and distribute results internally for processing
- Assist in verification of interests in leasehold and wells and associated documents.
- Assist in monitoring status of properties (e.g., Primary, HBP, HBU, SOP/SOO).
- Manage projects and provide other assistance as requested
- Support Landmen and project team on contractual inquiries
- Minimum of 7 years of in an onshore Land department
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- Proficient understanding of Land related Agreements
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- P2 Land, BOLO, W Energy Land System experience (or equivalent land database experience)
- Excellent written, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with data entry and data integrity within database systems
- Ability to organize and prioritize a diverse and heavy workload consisting of many detailed, separate procedures and deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- CPL, RPL, or equivalent certification preferred though not required.
- Employee must be able to sit for extended periods of time and have use of arms and hands in repetitive motion. A fair amount of standing and walking is also required for the position.
