Responsibilities:

• Negotiate, draft and revise various commercial contracts, including purchase agreements, leases, and construction-related documents
• Provide legal guidance on real estate acquisitions, leasing, and development projects.
• Manage legal risks, help to resolve disputes and litigate when necessary
• Oversee compliance with local, state, and federal real estate regulations
• Collaborate with external counsel, regulatory agencies, and company leadership
• Support corporate governance, insurance matters, and general business operations

Must-Have Skills:

• J.D. from an accredited law school and must be in good standing with the NH State Bar.
• 3+ of litigation experience
• 5+ years of insurance experience (such as working with insurers to defend litigation and evaluating existing insurance policies)
