The primary responsibility of the Support Technician is to interact with clients and engineering within the company to make sure they are delivering on the needs of the customer.
The Support Technician will be assisting the client in figuring out what they need and giving quotes/ bids on how much the project can cost. They will then in turn develop the bill of materials for that project.
Will also be involved in the calling of leads that are generated by Saleforce and other internal tools. The system currently is generating more leads then they have the power to call back on.
- 1+ years in a customer support role
- 1+ years of sales experience
- Technical background (Best Buy, Cell phone sales, etc.)
This is a full-time position with normal work schedule of 40-45 hours per week. We are offering you an annual Base Salary; plus full benefits package; plus quarterly sales bonus opportunities once you transition to a full-time sales role (typically after 1-2 quarters).
