Position Summary:
The Payroll Compensation Analyst will be responsible for the administration of the Company's incentive programs, including calculating commissions/bonuses each pay period. This position may calculate other financial components each payroll. Responsible for building and maintaining complex compensation calculating templates, enhancing commission calculation processes, and completing payroll audits.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
* Reviews new compensation plans to ensure that compensation calculations are added to payroll templates. Ensures accurate commission/bonus and other compensation can be accurately calculated each payroll.
* Design and prepare ad-hoc reports for Leadership, Total Rewards, Payroll, Human Resources and other departments as requested. Assist with special projects as needed with Payroll, Total Rewards and Human Resources
* Create new and enhance existing commission and other payroll calculation processes.
* Ensures routine audits are performed regularly to ensure company compliance with all legal regulations
* Responsible for ensuring compensation templates calculate accurately.
Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
* 1-2 years' experience in the analysis, design and/or administration of compensation programs
* Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to create and maintain payroll templates with complex compensation calculations.
* Ability to define and analyze data, establishing criteria, drawing valid conclusions and proposing next steps and/or alternatives.
* Strict attention to detail
* Experience with calculating commissions or other financial analysis preferred.
* Substantial knowledge and understanding of compensation policies, procedures, and regulations; experience with sales compensation preferred.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
* Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills.
* Ability to manage internal and external confidential information with utmost discretion.
* Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels.
* Ability to conduct research and form informational reports
Location: Roseville, CA
Compensation: $75,000 - 100,000 / annually DOE
