Vaco has an immediate need for a payroll consultant with workday experience. This is a long-term engagement and does allow remote flexibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Multi-location, multi-state payroll processing
- Experience processing international payroll is a strong plus
- Process and analyze payroll transactions
- Perform regular analysis of payroll for trends and to confirm accuracy
- Prepare payroll journal entries and other accruals
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations
- Month-end close experience required
- 941 reconciliations; prepare and distribute W2
Qualifications:
- Workday experience is required
- At least 5 years of recent, relevant experience processing payroll
- Intermediate Excel
