Account Services Manager

Job Purpose

This role manages and scales go-to-market activities for the companys Connected Personalization strategy for growth for all aspects of SEG Connects retail media network. The role develops cross-channel, connected marketing approaches across traditional and digital channels and platforms, and executes personalization targeting capabilities for revenue generating media campaigns through vendor partnerships and co-branding opportunities for Southeastern Grocers banners. This role also develops cross-channel media solutions (media hub) for supplier partners that deliver return on ad spend and drive SEG customer loyalty and conversion, while meeting the organizations marketing and merchandising objectives. This role delivers on company revenue targets through relationship management with supplier partners, internal stakeholders, and outside media. This role works cross functionally and manages vendor relationships to produce positive outcomes.

Manages revenue generating programs that contribute to company growth and sales targets. Develops data-driven media recommendations and robust campaign proposals to compel supplier partner investment, which leverages multi-media channels that connect with our current and future customers, to drive customer engagement and behavior change. Manages a sales pipeline, keeping all systems accurate and owning the business forecasts across accounts. Tracks, measures, and communicates campaign results across the business.

Drives the strategic framework for our retail media with the ability to think outside of the box, collaborate, and integrate with internal teams and external partners to assist in building and maintaining SEGs Connected Personalization go-to-market strategy. Stays up to date on industry trends in retailer and advertising landscape, seeking opportunities to further support the development of the retail media network, with focus on growing value for the customer and the SEG organization.

Develops trusted supplier partner relationships. Serves as a liaison between Marketing and Merchandising for supplier partners (CPGs) media sales.  Evaluates and manages relationships while initiating and facilitating meetings with current and potential supplier partners to meet or exceed revenue opportunities for SEG Connects media programs. Collaborates with Marketing teams to ensure end-to-end planning and execution, while developing and leveraging relationships with internal business partners, supplier partners and other external partners.

Manages the SEG Connects platform day-to-day tactical plan, implementation, maintenance, and tracking, challenging themselves to go the extra degree and discover new ways to drive stronger results via real-time optimization. Measures and quantifies all SEG Connects' activities and results, by providing meaningful reporting to both internal and external parties. Ensures accurate setup, intake, and execution of all plans. Executes and tracks media bookings for SEG Connects, monitoring all associated costs and revenue.

Monitors performance metrics to measure effectiveness, tests and iterates on new ideas to grow the business continuously to improve our customer engagement strategies across     channels. Identifies insights to inform and transform our plans both long-term and in real-time and optimization of future media plans based on campaign performance measurement.

Manages project forecasts, budgets, and plans. Partners with Marketing, Finance, Accounting, and external partners to ensure effective budget management for payment and expense administration and vendor payment process. Ensures quality assurance and proofing of all materials and ensure legal compliance with internal and external stakeholders.

Retail media network experience with proven track record.

Tech-literate, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
