Cash Application Specialist
- Data input of daily cash receipts, both manual entry and automated uploads
- Reconciliation of cash receipts to daily deposits
- Resolve and apply unidentified receipts daily
- Convert remittances into Excel format
- Maintain and follow adopted internal controls
- Provide support for various Finance personnel
- Miscellaneous duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Good organizational skills
- High beginner minimum Excel skills
- Computer proficiency and excellent data entry skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills with the ability to interface with customers, vendors and internal personnel
- Team player, high energy with good math and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- 2 years of work experience in cash applications, ideally in a high volume environment

- Software – Oracle
- PC Software – Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook
