Compensation: $12.59 to $14.58 per hour

Our client located in South Jersey is looking for a Customer Service Representative to work for their expanding office. In this role you will be making outbound calls to current and new customers regarding company campaigns and general information, as well as make necessary answering inbound telephone calls. Other Customer Service Representative duties will be managing a dual computer screen utilizing various software, documentation of calls, and other duties may be assigned.

Job Requirements

The Customer Service Representative must have two or more years of inbound and outbound call center experience. Telemarketing, Collections, Timeshare, cold calling phone sales experience preferred. Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel are needed. Will consider retail background that included sales goals three or more years of experience, but only if they have that in combination with some inbound/outbound call center experience for at least one year. Hours are Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM-11:00 PM and Saturday's 9:00 AM-6:00 PM. If you are interested in learning more about this position, please contact OfficeTeam today!
