Part Time Product Demonstrator

We are hiring Part Time Brand Ambassadors to engage customers through in-person and virtual product demonstrations. As a Brand Ambassador, you will perform one in-person product demo per shift, providing customer service and answerings customer questions. Additionally, you will be supporting multiple stores for virtual demonstrations by traveling between grocery stores to set up and breakdown display carts to ensure the best product visibility.

Things to Consider:

  • You will work in an assigned territory that is, on average, 15 miles from your residency
  • Events are typically 6 hours taking place at various times from Friday – Monday
    • Availability to work one weekend and one weekday required
    • Average employee works 2-3 shifts per week
    • Based on location, there may be availability for longer shifts
  • Great training and ongoing career development

Responsibilities: 

  • Set up and break down, virtual, digital, and other “unmanned” demo merchandise carts
  • Interact in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner with management and customers
  • Answer shopper questions
  • Share information and links to product content for deeper brand engagement
  • Increase sales by generating brand awareness and positive product impressions
  • Timely and accurate reporting

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent job-related experience
  • Driver’s license and insurance required
  • Sales and/or customer service experience preferred
  • Daily access to Internet/email
  • Stand comfortably for up to 6+ hours a day
