Eagle Alliance is looking for Help Desk Technician in Annapolis Junction

Provides technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and/or systems hardware and software. Analyzes, logs, tracks and resolves tickets to meet business needs.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

HS/GED, 1+ years experience
Must be a team player and have the ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Must be able to multi-task
Must poses good communication and customer service skills
Day Shift: Monday - Friday between 6am – 6pm
