Position Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain employee records within Human Resources Systems.
  • Manage all employee data changes including terminations and ensure employee changes are entered.
  • Communicate effectively with employees to answer Human Resources related inquiries.
  • Complete employment verifications.
  • Perform regular audits to ensure data integrity.
  • Conduct various internal reporting.
  • Maintain confidentiality with all employee information.
  • Handle employee relocation program.
  • Maintain and track employee tuition reimbursements.

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related field.
  • HR experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to work with confidential information.
