PAPÉ MACHINERY, INC. – AGRICULTURE & TURF DIVISION – ELLENSBURG, WASERVICE WRITER:
Position will serve as the Service Writer for the branch. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
- Opening, maintaining, proofing and closing service department work orders in an accurate and timely manner.
- Preparing all warranty work orders with necessary information to facilitate central warranty processing and monitoring reimbursements.
- Assisting shop supervisor with workflow.
- Check-in of units for repairs.
- Assisting customers by phone and in person by providing information regarding the status of work orders, billing inquires and related concerns.
- Any additional duties as assigned.
Qualified applicant must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and exceptional customer service skills with both internal and external customers. Above average computer keyboarding skills and knowledge of Outlook, MS Word/Excel and Internet required. Must have good organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Why work for Pape’:
