KEY RESPONSIBILITIES •Active involvement and management of all aspects of branch operations •Accountability for all regional activity •Complete understanding of all aspects of Quality Manual •Complete understanding of all branch operations •Recruit, interview and hire for area in accordance with company guidelines •Maintain adequate staff in region at all times •Responsible for the ongoing training and development of all team members •Assist with the development and maintenance of a sales cycle to promote new and existing client development •Provide leadership and direction to offices •Foster an environment of open communication, ensuring all team members are supported and understand the goals and objectives of The Company •Respond to all requests, suggestions and grievances of team members •Responsible for area profitability •Maintain area minimum standards •P&L responsibility; control expenses and percentages according to Corporate guidelines •Maintain accurate records of all branch activity according to Corporate and Regional guidelines SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS •Related management experience •Staffing Industry experience (preferred) •Strong leadership skills •Must possess strong interpersonal skills •Sales/customer service experience •Ability to build a team •Excellent verbal/written skills •Excellent organizational skills •Detail-oriented •Self-starter •Basic computer skills We are an equal employment opportunity employer and will consider all qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, age (40 and over), gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, disability or any other protected classification under federal and state law.
