  • Our client is located in the Hartford area looking to add a HR assistant to their team
  • Growing company that needs to add a human resources assistant to keep up with up the growing administrative responsibilities of the company

Typical Responsibilities of the Human Resources Assistant:

  • Assist the HR team with various tasks including recruitment, onboarding, employee paperwork, and payroll
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal employees and external clients
  • Support other various tasks, procedures and events as necessary for the team

Preferred Qualifications for the Administrative Assistant Role:

  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Associate degree or bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Prior work experience as an office manager, administrative assistant, or HR professional

Salary $45,000 - $55,000
