Financial services company in Albany is seeking a Marketing and Operations Associate. Reporting to the CEO, responsibilities for this role include: establishing new processes and procedures to streamline back office operations as well as written client communication; helping to run a marketing department in a mid sized and growing investment management company; working closely and improving the CRM system; working across multiple departments to maximize efficiencies; various special projects.
