We are inviting applications for the role of Vice President – Cloud Capability Leader! Responsibilities
The leader will establish the Cloud strategy and portfolio for Genpact and establish us as a market leader by:
Define and develop Strategy for enterprise digital transformation. Work closely with the service line and capability leaders to understand current spectrum of digital assets and solutions, understand customer needs and market insights to build our presence in this sector.
Develop the model to scale with sharp focus in defining the Sales GTM strategy and linkages to solutioning and delivery. Ultimately ensure that Genpact has a USD 500mn qualified pipeline through global channels by Q2 2021. Lead relevant client partners in refined and client oriented engagements. Engage with CXOs on a regular basis as part of solution shaping and proposal development. Mine existing clients for additional business opportunities and drive results-oriented sales efforts.
Drive the Partnerships & M&A strategy to actively establish an effective Go to Market model to accelerate growth and capability build.
Establish positive relationships across broader organization, build alignment working with sophisticated matrixed structures and drive action from a large, diverse global set of partners.
The Cloud Services leader will reports to Chief Digital officer and Chief Transformation officer, who report to the CEO of Genpact. Success in this role will need huge credibility in the market and the ability to work in close collaboration with capability leaders (in Intelligent Automation, Experience etc.), service line leaders (in key domain areas like F&A, Supply Chain etc.), vertical transformation leaders (in the industries we operate in including Banking, Retail etc.), sales and delivery teams in cross-functional units across Genpact. Looking for senior leaders with experience in Cloud Services and market facing roles who are results-oriented about the opportunity to seek a role that will have a multiplier effect in crafting a highly distinguished and scalable Cloud business for Genpact. In order to do this, the Cloud leader will need a set of highly positive relationships within the market – and specifically with Cloud players like AWS or Microsoft, come with a network of CxOs in multiple industry sectors like Banking, Consumer Goods or Hitech, and be highly collaborative to work and be successful in a globally matrix cross functional team. S/he needs to be viewed as a trusted advisor and command industry stature as a deep domain specialist & leader with vision.
