HR MANAGER

Headquartered in Mooresville, NC, with locations across the United States, Pink Energy installs solar panel systems and energy efficiency products that allow our customers to reduce their dependence on utility grid energy while building a cleaner, brighter tomorrow. Responsibilities:

  • The HR Manager’s diplomatic skills will allow him/her to manage work environment situations with a high level of professionalism.
  • Improving and optimizing the current onboarding process to the company’s growth.
  • Be responsible for the full range of HR functions including performance planning, talent management, and assessment, training, compensation, and benefits.
  • Manage all HR compliance issues including 401K administration, and Bonus Plan.
  • Performing benefits administration.
  • Gain trust and develop a credible and strong working relationship with each department to be regarded as a key resource and supportive business partner.
  • Provide support to employees in various HR related topics including leave of absence, compensation and resolving matters within those areas.
  • Generate workforce statistics, collect, and analyze data, and provide detailed reports.
  • Stay current with local employment laws and regulations and ensure company compliance as an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications:

  • An undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field is required. An advanced degree is a plus.
  • SPHR or PHR is an asset.
  • Minimum of 5 years of successful, innovative, and hands-on value-based HR leadership experience in a fast-paced growth environment including building and driving culture.
  • Experience in driving change by developing training workshops and facilitate new initiatives.
  • Hands-on tactical strength in creating human resources processes and systems and effectively implementing HR processes.
