You will work closely with our global clients in the EV market to position Jacobs as a preferred partner and drive the delivery of connected and sustainable solutions by leveraging capabilities, client relationships, and expertise to deliver outcome focused solutions as well as drive continual improvement of growth strategy and project delivery as we optimize our offering. With your strategic mindset, you’ll develop partnerships both internally and across wider industry to enable growth, you’ll shape the future of the business through the identification and selection of new pursuits, working collaboratively with Initiative Leads, Client Account Managers, subject matter experts and Sales Operations, you’ll have a lead role in managing client relationships throughout the sales process through the transition to project delivery.
As an outstanding all-rounder, you will create opportunities to fully utilize your project delivery capabilities, taking the lead in mobilizing new projects, enabling successful project start-up by bringing together Jacobs’ talent and systems to solve our clients’ challenges.
As an experienced and collaborative leader, you will motivate your team to learn and explore creative options, challenging them to look for new ideas and innovative ways of delivering for our clients.

•A passion for energy transition/climate action and the electric transport industry
•Extensive experience in project management of complex infrastructure design projects, preferably in the electric vehicle sector
•Established sales leadership and account management skills
•Experience in similar client facing roles; operating and interacting at C-suite
•Proven ability to generate sales pipeline and enable the meeting of annual sales targets
•Strong communication and presentation skills including ability to lead delivery of work winning written proposals and influence internal & external stakeholders
•Ability to navigate a diverse range of client commercial and procurement requirements
•A solutions mindset with demonstrable experience of having deployed flexible, innovation led strategies
•High levels of resilience and agility with the ability to handle high volumes and pace of change
