We have a new opportunity for a Technology Relationship Manager on our Threat Detection Services (TDS) team. This key position team will work closely with the TDS team, the Cyber Operations, Monitoring, and Response (COMR) leadership, technical partners, and business groups to build requirements and develop innovative solutions for the enterprise.   This role will be accountable for developing workflows, processes, and documenting tools and services that support incident response and cyber security initiatives. The position will support large-scale enterprise technical projects with high visibility and will help automate activities between EIS teams.  This position will also be enlisted at times to assist incident responders to determine the risk and impact of a security threat, and possible mitigation strategies.   A key component of this position will be to provide crucial metrics associated with our ability to discover and react to security threats, develop reports for senior leadership, and participate in strategic planning. 

This position will report to the Threat Detection Services Manager.



Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of technology delivery and relationship management experience with a client organization
  • 2+ years of Information security reporting and analysis experience
  • 4 + years of technology project management experience


Desired Qualifications

  • Relationship management experience delivering technology services between one or more internal technology organizations and medium-sized internal lines of business
  • 2+ years of Information security reporting and analysis experience
  • Ability to discuss information security risks at a detailed technical level
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
  • Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
  • Ability to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of team members and management
  • Knowledge and understanding of project management methodologies, processes, and tools
  • Knowledge and understanding of process design, modeling, and development
  • Knowledge and understanding of database querying and creating ad hoc reporting results using SQL or similar querying methods
  • Ability to determine and report priorities/metrics to senior management
  • Knowledge and understanding of report creation: service metrics and reporting tools


Other Desired Qualifications
  • Knowledge and understanding across multiple core technologies.  (OS, Application, Database, Virtual/Cloud, etc.)
  • 2+ years creating workflow automation in a collaboration tool such as SharePoint or Atlassian/Jira
  • Ability to travel 10% or more of the time

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
