Candidates must be positive, professional, very detail oriented, and should enjoy solving puzzles, thinking out of the box, and working in a fast-paced, team environment. Scheduling/staffing experience in home care is preferred. Candidates should be available to work M-F, either 10am - 6:30pm or 7am-3:30pm in our North Hills PA. office. Salary is based on experience,
Scheduling Coordinator Duties include:
Scheduling CAREGivers to provide non-medical home care to senior citizens
Handling schedule changes and documenting events.
Interacting with clients, families, and CAREGivers
Collaborating with office team members to provide the best possible care for Clients
