The Research Laboratory of the Center for Survey Research seeks to expand its team of Part-time telephone Research Interviewers. This position does NOT involve telemarketing or fundraising.

Primary duties include conducting research interviews over the telephone and garnering participation in an academic research study of social, psychological, and public health interest through engaging and confident conversations. Interviews are conducted over the telephone and data will be entered and managed using a computer interface.

Ability to effectively communicate and exchange information. Attention to detail. Ability to maintain composure and follow instructions while speaking about a research study. Proficiency with Microsoft products.

Preferred Qualifications 

Customer service, telephone work experience, or familiarity with social science or health research.

Working Conditions / Physical Demands 

MUST BE AVAILABLE SOME EVENINGS. Work schedules are flexible but require a minimum of 10 hours per week, with some evening hours. Some Sunday evenings desirable.

Salary Range  $11.00 per hour
