A reputable company located in Fairfield, New Jersey is seeking a Recruiter to join their Human Resource team! The Recruiter is responsible for full-cycle recruitment, working diligently to find candidates through their job boards as well as with staffing agencies. Duties involved include responding to resumes, conducting phone screens, setting up interviews and coordinating with the hiring managers and candidates for any next steps. Eventually, there may be additional responsibilities such as attending career fairs. The candidate considered must have full-cycle recruitment experience and should be experienced within Human Resources for at least 1 year. Job Requirements

- Deep understanding of interviewing - Recruiting personnel experience - Recruiting experience - Microsoft Word experience preferred - Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills highly desired - Eagerness to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and take initiative on variety of tasks and projects - Experience with office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) - Approachable and appropriate demeanor when interacting with all levels of staff in a rapidly changing environment - Prior experience handling confidential business matters and information with discretion If you are a self-starter who is passionate about supporting a dynamic and growing company, we would love to hear from you!
