Job Description

Volt workforce Solutions is hiring for an experienced recruiter in Fargo, ND to join our successful team! The ideal candidate would be able to work both independently and as a team in a fast-paced environment to recruit top candidates for local and national companies.

Major Areas of Performance:

  • Create job descriptions and assist applicants with updating their resumes
  • Post positions through the applicant tracking system and any other recruiting resources
  • Identify qualified candidates through sourcing tools
  • Coordinate interviews at branch and screen qualified candidates
  • Partner with Account Managers and Hiring Managers to target skill sets for job openings On-board new hires and various HR related tasks
  • Coordinate job offers and manage background check process
  • Build proactive candidate pipeline using creative sourcing techniques: job boards, referrals, networking, job fairs, cold calling, community resources, social media, etc.

Hours: 8am to 5pm

Pay: Depends on experience
