 Job Description:
•        Return to service calls.
•        Attending support calls.
•        Assisting in updating published Knowledge Base articles.
•        Coordinate with team leaders and editing and modification of content in knowledge articles being flagged by the Service Desk, Remote Support and all Level II teams.
•        ServiceNow or any ticketing tool experience.
•        Strong troubleshooting skills on OS, Applications, Browser issues.
•        Resolving incidents (Desktops, VMs, Laptops, OS , IE, Chrome.. but not limited to.)
•        Work with project and business analyst leads in order to develop and clarify in-depth technical requirements
