ARI has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Support Representative based in Mount Laurel, NJ.
Job Purpose: The Sales Support Representative will assist ARI’s sales organization with signing new business through research and analysis, managing strategic projects, supporting prospect visits, and performing a variety of additional sales support functions. The primary focus will be on supporting the Directors of Business Development. The Sales Support Rep will help the sales organization run as efficiently as possible by participating in RFP strategy, developing selectors, preparing open and closed end lease rates, and a variety of other analyses.
Contributes to RFP responses and sales proposals for large prospects
Learn and execute ARI sales approach
Assist the Sales team grow revenue and win new business
Performs a variety of analyses to support the Sales team
Cross-train with the entire Sales Support team
Create strong working relationships with all parts of the business
Utilize sales pricing technology
Generates vehicle lifecycle analyses
Works with sales on pricing programs and services
Creates lease quotes
Other tasks as assigned by management
Ability to travel 50% of the time
Knowledge and Skill:
Bachelor’s degree or industry-related experience
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to analyze data and draw logical conclusions
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work collaboratively and creatively with sales and subject matter experts.
