Ultimate Staffing is looking for an Office Assistant to work with a Window Covering company in Santa Ana. As the Office Assistant, you will be responsible for taking phone calls from vendors and customers. You will be using a small amount of Excel to input orders as well. This is a full-time position, paying $17-20/hr.
Additional Responsibilities of the Office Assistant include:
Creating proposals for customers
- Posting checks
- Ensuring office is fully stocked
- Communicating heavily via email
Requirements of the Office Assistant:
- Previous Office Assistant experience
- Knowledge of QuickBooks is a required
- Construction business background preferred
- Strong Excel skills
