Astrion has an exciting opportunity for a Test Coordinator/Business Analyst II (AFTD)for the RTES (Redstone Test and Engineering Services), supporting the Army Division. The Test Coordinator / Business Analyst (TC/BA) located at the Redstone Test Center (RTC) in the U.S. Army Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, AL supporting the Instrumentation Data Acquisition & Processing (IDAP) Account. TC/BAs are critical members of the test management team who assist the Government Account Manager manage the cost, schedule, and budget of test programs thereby enabling the engineers and Active Duty Lead to focus on their respective specialties.
A TC/BA is required for the Instrumentation Data Acquisition & Processing (IDAP) account to ensure: tracking of all active projects and verifying divisions meet critical customer milestones, as well as, ensure constant customer contact with the large and diverse number of PM Offices that fall under this account. They monitor project status; provide key input for PMRs; develop proposals and support agreements, supports project retirement and metrics; enabling RTC to meet cost, schedule, and performance goals IAW RTC Supplement to 73-1. Good communicator, both orally and verbally. Army aviation and/or MIL-STD-810 experience preferred. Knowledge of government funding a plus.
The AFTD TC/BA will support the Test Team in developing an integrated account strategy, coordinates internal communication between RTC divisions and external communication with account customer offices, monitor and track program activities from initiation through retirement.

LOCATION: Redstone Test Center in the U.S. Army Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, AL

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
- Bachelor's Degree in a technical, science or business discipline from an accredited college/university and 3 years of experience in one of the following areas, as related to the respective job required: Logistics, Operations, Finance, Program Management, Process Improvement, Safety, Security, and Environmental specialties; or
- Associate's Degree and 5 years of applicable experience in the assigned specialty area
- 7 years of experience performing the job duties in the assigned specialty area
- 7 years of military training in the assigned specialty area, or a combination thereof.
- Additional specialization requirements: 2 years of the required experience must include experience coordinating projects; collecting data, reviewing technical documents compiling statistics and data for projects; writing narratives, managing the execution of inspection programs, creating, monitoring, and maintaining audit files for program compliance.

- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance (U.S. Citizenship is required for all applicants)
- A professional user of Microsoft Office and Sharepoint; desire 3-5 years of experience using MS Project in coordinating, tracking project scheduling, workflow and performance workflow and:
- Reviewing technical documents
- Compiling statistics and data for projects
- Developing integrated schedules
- Writing narratives
- Good communicator, both orally and verbally.
- Knowledge of government funding and/or Army aviation a plus.
- Professional organizational and communications skills.
- Self-starter.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
- Experience with aviation, aviation technologies, missile or rocket systems, or sensors knowledge of different types of government funding are pluses.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- As a part of the RTC test management team, Test Coordinators/Analysts provide program management support utilizing ATEC and RTC Test Management tools including:
- ADSS-PMM,
- CET,
- VDLS,
- SharePoint, P
- RO3,
- and the Project Management Dashboard.
- Tracks and coordinates test project documentation (proposals, test plans, reports, etc.), financial status, and schedules ensuring all customers, Account Managers, Test Engineers, Divisions and management maintain situational awareness.
