ITAC Solutions is looking for a part-time Member Services Representative for our client in the Birmingham, Alabama area!
What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):
Handling a high volume of inbound phone calls.
Resolving any customer questions or issues quickly and accurately, corresponding with clients, physicians and brokers.
Maintaining knowledge of products and services.
Opening and closing client accounts and updating information.
What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):
Ability to work one of the two shifts: 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. or 12:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Pharmaceutical knowledge or medical terminology is a plus.
Customer service experience, specifically call center experience is required.
Strong organizational skills and ability to implement detail into work duties.
