Office Manager
Salary: $50,000+ Depending on experience
Position Summary:
The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily office activities, managing administrative staff, and ensuring that the office environment is efficient and productive. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
- Perform receptionist duties: greet visitors, and answer and direct phone calls
- Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail
- Develop office policies and procedures, and ensure they are implemented appropriately
- Assist with office layout planning and office moves, and with managing and maintaining IT infrastructure
- Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
- Provide general support to visitors
- Assist with event planning and execution
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative or office management role
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
