MDU Project Coordinator
The MDU Project Coordinator will provide professional, sales reporting, scheduling, customer service and a variety of all other in-house support for the MDU sales team
Duties and Responsibilities:
Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to those listed below:
Process new and renewal payments for MDUs and private easement SFU communities
Create monthly and quarterly sales reports for vendor payments
Coordinate with AP to update and maintain all vendor info
Performs courtesy account set-up and management
Log and notarize agreements
File easements with the respective counties
Coordinate with construction on projects
Coordinate with marketing on events or materials for the field
Facilitate communication between property manager/owner and construction team during all phases of construction.
Provide effective back-up support to all phases of the sales funnel process, including administrative support

Associate's degree with an emphasis in business administration required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
1-3 years Sales, Marketing, Public Relations or Customer Service experience required
Must possess a high level of initiative along with the ability to follow through on completion of duties and responsibilities with minimal supervision
Excellent organizational, communications, and math skills are essential
Must be detailed oriented
Must be a Self-Starter able to work in a team environment
CRM and Billing Systems experience a plus
Ability to work occasional weekend events is required
PC skills to include a strong working knowledge of MS Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with Chrome, sheets, slides, and docs a plus.
