What You Will Be Doing

-Responsible for resolving complex issues involving our products
-Using appropriate resources to report, troubleshoot, diagnose and escalate support cases as needed
-Effectively collaborate with peers WW to provide solutions to the customer's problems; working closely with tier 2 level support, QA, R&D and Sales
-Analyzing and collecting customer data: log files, Java stacktraces, thread dumps, etc.
-Reproducing customer issues, including setting up and configuring runtime environments
-Identifying and documenting product defects for review and validation
-Maintaining a knowledge base of known issues and solutions


What You Need for this Position

-3+ years of experience with Level 3 level SOFTWARE support.
-Technical background in JVM environments
-Experience working with Linux environment
-Knowledge of the following is a big plus: Artifactory, Build tools, CI servers, Tomcat, NFS, LDAP, network concepts, Apache/NginX
-Programming and debugging skills are an advantage
-A passion for working with customers and a strong ability and desire to handle technical issues with varying levels of complexity
-Ability to collect, organize and communicate information
-Ability to work independently, learn quickly and be proactive
-Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
-Ability to be on call 24x7 on occasion
-Ability to work off routine hours on occasion
