Our client, who is a leader in the import and exporting of fuel is seeking a person with customer service and worked within a call center.
Our client optimizes energy, logistics, and related services for Aviation, Marine, Commercial, Industrial, and Land Transportation customers around the world.
Will strictly be making inbound and outbound calls, talk to customers and help guide them through billing and the process of invoicing. This way there is no confusion when the client wants to submit the details in our database.
Take calls in and out, and be up to date on daily assignments, daily tasks and daily appointments.
Prep for billings and other paperwork to be exported
Create new announcements, along with letters and cards, as well as welcome packets.
Speak to clients/customers in a proper and professional manner.
Have relative experience for what is mentioned above, ideal candidate will have the combination of experience with education.
Two years of customer experience is a must, as well as experience with heavy phone calls, cold calling, inbound and out bound calls.
Proper verbal communication is a must,
Bilingual is a plus, this will help certain situations where a translator may be needed.
Have the ability and determination to adapt to changes in a heavy working environment.
Must have experience within a call center.
Problem identification skills along with resolution skills is preferred.
