Johnson & Johnson Consumer, Inc., a member of Johnson & Johnson's Family of Companies, is recruiting for a Director CLS Global Franchise Integration, Consumer, located in Piscataway, NJ, with considerations for Skillman, NJ, Horsham, PA, Fort Washington, PA, and other J&J facilities within the Continental USA.
Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems Inc. provides account management and customer support services to key health care customers, including hospital systems and group purchasing organizations, leading health plans, pharmacy benefit managers, and government health care institutions. Johnson & Johnson Customer & Logistics Services (CLS) is a global Supply Chain organization that supports operating units across all of the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies. CLS strives to deliver an exceptional customer experience through leading critical customer facing-functions such as distribution and transportation. In addition, CLS oversees critical business enablers, including how we gather and manage supply chain master data, safe and secure supply chain practices, product identification standards, and market/channel access capabilities. CLS supports all three sectors of Johnson & Johnson: Medical Device & Diagnostics, Pharmaceutical, and Consumer Products. This team is represented in multiple countries, and continues to grow globally in both visibility and responsibility. The CLS team reports to Johnson & Johnson Supply Chain and partners closely with groups throughout the supply chain organization.
As Director Franchise Integration, Consumer your responsibilities include:
- Champion the relationship between the Consumer Segment and the CLS functions, translating franchise strategies to CLS strategies, and bringing CLS and customer input into end-to-end franchise strategies.
-Partner with segment supply chain and CLS global/regional operations to improve customer experience and end-to-end reliability and responsiveness.
-Partner with other CLS global/regional functions on CLS capabilities improvement initiatives that enhance customer experience and enable best practice sharing across the regions and segments.
-Provide leadership to contribute in all strategic dimensions: go-to-market strategies, product life cycle management, franchise strategy alignment, and supply chain efficiencies.
-Improve customer experience by driving the deployment of Product Availability Communication program and segment reliability initiatives.
-Collaborate with segment supply chain and other CLS functions to provide customized solutions that meet customer needs and enable business growth.
-Manage the strategic global relationship between CLS and Consumer franchises and represent DELIVER in strategy planning, S&OP, value stream, and other business venues.
-Exercise a high degree of business judgment and sound reasoning in all activities including managing escalation of issues and business risks, developing solutions and risk mitigation strategies.
-Drive the collaboration between CLS and franchise supply chain.
-Partner with segment supply chain and other CLS functions to identify the opportunities and implement the initiatives that can drive cost improvement and end-to-end reliability and responsiveness.
-Support the deployment of compliance standards (e.g., temperature control, repack/relabel, trade compliance) and integrate relevant compliance requirements into business processes.
-Support the deployment of global programs that improve CLS capabilities including, but not limited to JJOS and G-LAC.
-Develop staff to ensure seamless succession of well-trained and experienced leaders prepared to advance organizational capabilities and effectiveness.

-Minimum Bachelor's degree required, with advanced degree preferred
-Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant business experience required
-Minimum of five (5) years of supply chain experience required
-Proven success working in a complex, highly matrixed, global organization with rapidly changing priorities and tight timelines required

-Lean/Six Sigma preferred
-FPX and/or PMP certification or training preferred
-Position located in Piscataway, NJ, with considerations for Skillman, NJ, Horsham, PA, Fort Washington, PA, and other J&J facilities within the Continental USA
-Position requires up to 30% domestic travel
