A biotechnology company in Pennsylvania has a great Remote opportunity awaiting a new HRIS Implementation Manager with their staff. In this role, the HRIS Implementation Manager will be responsible for serving as an Internal client PM to help develop requirements and publish RFP to vendors.


The HRIS Implementation Manager will:

  • Work with HR stakeholders to understand/ document strategic vision and translate it into implications / critical success factors for the Cloud HCM operating platform

  • Align requirements, help develop RFI/P, and evaluate vendors (Oracle and Workday)

  • Partner with the business and implementation partners to elicit, analyze, translate, and assist conveying business requirements into technical requirements

  • Conduct current state analysis and document future state requirements, as well as, document and recommend solutions

  • Manage the system integration partner

  • Analyze, document and review testing plan, logic, process flows and specifications related to process flows

  • Coordinate the project resources to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget

  • Perform other duties, as needed


  • 2+ years of related HR and/or HRIS experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field

  • HCM Cloud Implementation experience

  • Project Management skills

  • Great interpersonal skills

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Highly organized

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with Workday HCM, Payroll, Employee Self-service, Compensation Planning etc.
