eSolutions is looking for a driven Hospital Sales Representative with a competitive spirit and track record of success in sales to join our growing company in Overland Park, KS. The focus of the Hospital Sales Representative is to build and maintain lasting relationships with new and existing customers in the hospital markets. Working in a nationally designated healthcare market, you will actively engage with providers through cold calling, WebEx demos and account management to build a book of business. This position offers a base salary and residual commissions with uncapped potential. 


  • Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calling and networking
  • Effectively qualify leads and identify prospect needs
  • Understand organizational hierarchies to navigate complex decision-making processes
  • Communicate relevant & customized messaging to relevant stake holders of prospective accounts
  • Calculate and communicate potential return on investment data to close high value new accounts
  • Conduct high level conversations with key decision makers
  • Develop and manage a national pipeline of business to meet your goals
  • Utilize sales training to effectively guide sales cycle to close
  • Schedule appointments to preform effective online demos to prospects
  • Prioritize issues appropriately and manage to a satisfactory resolution


  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience selling SaaS
  • Proven top performer level sales production
  • Familiarity with the healthcare industry
  • Strong phone skills with experience cold calling
  • Excel in finding and closing new opportunities and building relationships
  • Excellent at overcoming objections
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to effectively listen and communicate through verbal and written channels

Desired Skills

  • Experience selling into financial departments of hospitals
  • Previous revenue cycle management experience
  • Familiarity with the healthcare industry
  • Previous Webex or GoTo Meeting experience
