General Summary



The Human Resources Generalist is the key person responsible for day-to-day management of HR operations. Administering policies, procedures and enforcing the organizations Core Values.



Essential Responsibilities




  • Recruiting for Open Positons



      • Establish communication with recruiters

      • Manage the recruiting site

      • Ensure timely communication with candidates and recruiters

      • Phone screen candidates and administer Predictive Index assessment

      • Coordinate interviews with managers and candidates

      • Prepare offer letters under managers direction




  • Employee Liaison for HR



      • Communicate onboarding requirements to candidate

      • Communicate Recruiter fees and agreements to Finance

      • Ensure all pre-employment and post-employment processes are completed

      • Administer all required paperwork for On-boarding and Off-boarding

      • Perform Exit Interviews per request

      • Communicate employees start and end dates with Benefits Administrator

      • Schedule Benefits meetings for employee with Benefits Administrator






  • Benefits Coordinator



      • Organize and communicate benefit open enrollment and benefit changes

      • Coordinate with 401K administrator

      • Assist with benefits administration and answer employee's benefits related questions.

      • Work with insurance company to process worker's compensation claims






  • Payroll



      • Serve as payroll backup

      • Enter payroll information into payroll system

      • Resolve payroll discrepancies

      • Administer employee payroll changes







  • Maintain Human Resources Standards



      • Employee folder

      • Drug Screening

      • HR Posters

      • State and Federal Requirements






  • Assist the Accounting Manager with other tasks as assigned
