We seek a dedicated individual who reporting to the Facility Manager will be responsible for the overall planning and scheduling of facility mechanical, electrical, & Instrumentation/Control activities. This includes long- term and daily planning & scheduling of all maintenance activities on boiler, turbine-generator, material handling, & balance of plant equipment. This position will also directly supervise mechanics, technicians, and contractors performing preventive and corrective maintenance as well as outages and projects. This individual must possess the ability to create an environment that empowers employees to drive system improvements as well as the ability to train employees on proper maintenance work & trouble shooting.

Position Requirements

To be considered for this position the qualified candidate must have a solid background in power or industrial plant maintenance including a minimum of 5 years, first line supervisory experience and experience in planning and coordinating major maintenance/overhaul projects. Familiarity with Asset Life Management Software (ALM) or other computer based work order/inventory systems, familiar with MS Excel, Word & Projects, NBIC & ASME codes, and scheduling tools are required. Must be able to identify needs for improvement & implement change, knowledge of maintenance budgeting and methodologies, ability to manage spare parts inventory to optimum levels along with good computer skills.
