Now hiring an in-house Customer Service Representative on location in Wixom, MI! Trillium Staffing is looking for a Customer Service Representative position available in the Wixom, MI area!

This is a direct hire opportunity located at our client location who is a leading global manufacturer and distributor. This position will report to the Customer Service Manager and is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and enhancing the customer experience while maintaining the company’s standards, and sustain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Salary range of $41k with a working schedule of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. M-F in the office located in Wixom, Mi.

Receives inbound sales calls/sales leads and/or quotes via telephone, fax or e-mail and converts inquiries into orders using an ERP system.
Manufacturing experience is preferred
Proper entry of information into the ERP system i.e., orders, customer data/records, etc.
Provides delivery dates to customers based upon established lead times and delivery schedules.
Provides proactive customer service to build and maintain relationships by making periodic phone calls and sending emails to share information regarding additional or new products and introduce customers to the company website for additional support. Investigates and works to resolve customer complaints and/or concerns. Save and fax/email all acknowledgements of customer orders and upload to the server under the customer file along with the customer PO.

-One to three years of customer service and/or office experience in a manufacturing environment
-Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
-Organizational and prioritization skills.
-Must execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
-Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
-Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Outlook.
-Experience working with an ERP system.
-Fluent in Spanish (desired, not required)
