Position title: Temp to Hire Production Administrative Assistant 
Location: Elk Grove Village, IL 
Work hour: 8:00 am- 5:00 pm (Flexible schedule between 7am-5pm)
Salary: $18/hr ~

Our client is looking to hire a responsible Production Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks that support the production team.

Responsibility:

  • Obtain paperwork from production departments and enter the data into databases or spreadsheets as needed.
  • Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information.
  • Generate reports, file completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations
  • Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
  • Work with production leads or supervisors to resolve manufacturing data issues.
  • Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output
  • Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
  • Provide high level of accuracy and proficiency with data entry.
  • Perform administrative or miscellaneous duties as assigned.

 Requirement:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years+ clerical experience. Manufacturing experience is preferred.
  • Intermediate understanding and usage of Microsoft Office, Outlook and Excel. Must be able to use Excel proficiently or able to learn and advance Excel skills.
  • High attention to detail and proficiency in data entry
