Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver high-quality engineering solutions for residential subdivisions.
2. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals.
3. Prepare detailed engineering reports, including engineering services reports and stormwater management plans.
4. Ensure compliance with Southeast Queensland (SEQ) local authority standards.
5. Oversee the approval processes with local authorities.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
2. 4+ years of experience in Urban Development
3. Proven experience with residential subdivisions
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
5. Proficient in report writing and familiar with SEQ guidelines and standards
6. Understanding of local authority approval processes
7. Class C Driver’s Licence
8. Valid working rights within Australia
9. Experience in design input and review
10. Contract Administration under AS2124 and AS4000
11. Site inspection proficiency
12. Knowledge of pavement design
13. Familiarity with Water Quality modelling using MUSIC
