Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:30AM - 6:00PM
Pay rate: $16.00/hr
This Position does require Forklift Experience.
Job Description: Handles materials, receives parts and restocks inventory within the determined geographical location in EDC, responsible for creating customized kits of different products for orders placed by any internal or external customers and ensures accuracy of parts quantity and number picked.
Key Responsibilities: Demonstrate the ability to recognize potential safety hazards. Inspect Boxes for damages, repackage and relabel as necessary. Process customer returns and re-box according to the manufactured date. Audit selected outbound shipments for count accuracy. Identify inbound product and receive them in WMS system. Consolidate/stack product on pallets per customer requirements.
Requirements: Frequent lifting, occasionally team-lift parts over 50 lbs. Frequent walking, pushing, kneeling, stooping, bending, & squatting. May be required to operate PIVs on a limited basis. Must be flexible with working hours, shifts and job tasks to support meeting customer needs and team goals. Adherence to all Company. and EDC processes and initiatives. STRONG ATTENDANCE A MUST.
Qualifications and Competencies: Basic math and computer skills. Knowledge of WMS/Red Prairie is helpful, but workers may learn on the job. Logistics knowledge is helpful. Strong problem solving skills required. Demonstrated written & oral communication skills required. Attention to Detail: Analyze and ensure accuracy in data. Communication: Able to clearly communicate with supervisor or managers.
High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
