Established in 1996, Kent Eye Clinic is on the cutting edge of optometry, offering patients a modern eye care experience and in-demand lenses and frames to Kent and the surrounding communities. The practice specializes in comprehensive primary eye care, specialty contact lenses, dry eye syndrome, and treatments for other ocular diseases. To preserve the world-class care patients know and expect, the business is looking to add a provider to the team of 13 employees.

This technology-forward practice uses state-of-the-art vision care technology to diagnose and treat a wide array of eye diseases. Equipped with diagnostic technology, the professionals utilize leading technologies such as Auto-Phoropters, Lipiscan, Lipiflow, LLLT, iVue OCT, FDT Visual Field, and more. Patients will enjoy a family-friendly shopping experience as they browse a wide selection of fashionable eyewear from the optical studio-plus, the Opticians offer personalized attention as they help customers to select proper frames for cosmetic, lifestyle, and vision needs.

About the Opening

Kent Eye Clinic is seeking a highly-skilled professional passionate about providing patient-focused care and individualized vision solutions to ensure excellent eye health. This unique opportunity provides the option to serve as an Associate Optometrist, Partner, or Owner and practice part-time or full-time (39 patient hours). You'll perform 1.1 comprehensive eye exams per hour-on average, 20 to 30 patients are cared for daily with a glasses capture rate of 80 percent.

You'll work with a team focused on practice growth, collectively dedicated to the optometric industry, and providing eye care where it's needed most. When the business performs well, the team travels on a humanitarian aid trip or to an industry conference such as Vision Expo West in Las Vegas, Vision Source Meeting in Houston, and the Great Western Council of Optometry Meeting in Portland.

Minimum qualifications include:

* Optometry license in the state of Washington
