Community Care Area Sales Manager
Business Development/Sales & Home Care Marketing
Nurta Home Healthcare is on the lookout for Community Care Area Sales who thrive on independence and excel at forging new connections. Experience the difference with Nurta Home Healthcare, we are a home care services provider seeking a Sales Professional to develop and establish community relationships with hospitals, ALF, Hospice agencies, Home Healthcare agencies, Community partners, nursing homes, Clinics, and physician offices in an effort to grow our patient census and ensure that our community’s care needs are met.

If you answered yes to the question above, we are looking for a sales representative to join our team as we continue to market and build our business. Sales experience in the health care or home care industry is preferred, but not required. This role is responsible for developing strong relationships with referral sources that will generate client referrals for home care services. This is an outside sales position that requires daily face-to-face sales calls with referral sources. The Sales Professional must develop and execute sales plans that generate high-value clients. The ideal candidate for the Sales Professional position has a proven track record of generating new business in the home care industry or in the healthcare or senior care industry and has established relationships that can start generating new business immediately.
Sales Professional Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plan to meet business development goals
- Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources, including hospital case managers, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing/rehab facilities, home health agencies, hospices, physicians’ offices, fiduciaries, etc.
- Complete daily face-to-face sales calls with referral sources for purposes of generating business leads
- Plan and organize community marketing events to enhance our visibility in the community and generate new relationships and business opportunities
Compensation and Benefits
- Compensation includes base salary and bonus/commission component, depending upon experience and results.
- Mileage reimbursement as appropriate
Required Skills and Experience
- Experience in a sales role in home care, healthcare, or related senior services businesses preferred
- Knowledgeable and experienced in the healthcare and senior care industries, with contacts and relationships that can be leveraged for business development preferred
- Experienced at cold calling
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of CRM processes.
- A bachelor’s degree in business and/or healthcare-related field is preferred
