Associate Budget Analyst
Credence Management Solutions, LLC (Credence) is seeking an Associate Budget Analyst in support of Army INSCOM at Columbia, MD.
Salary Range
Between $105,000.00 and $110,000.00 annually
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below
Programming and Budget
Procurement Request review and corrective action recommendation
Financial Analysis
Civilian Resource Management
Analyze financial data for trends and requirements analysis
Review MIPR and UFRs
Review Spend Plans/Obligations and Budget Execution Reporting
Recommend funding for execution per approved budget
Compiled Overview of Obligations and Expenditures
Prepare draft Budget Execution Reports
Monitor current year’s execution & audit readiness and internal controls
Provide year-end closeout support
Education, Requirements and Qualifications
Must have an active TS/SCI clearance.
Bachelor’s Degree, or substitute 4 additional years of DoD financial management experience for a bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 5 years DoD financial management experience
Preferred: DTS Experience, Experience with DoD financial and management systems such as GFEBS, SABRS, and DEAMS.
Completed Fiscal Law, Planning, Programming, Budgeting, Execution (PPBE) and Intelligence Resource Management courses within 120 days of arrival
Has the communication skills to effectively interface with senior military officials, managers, and subordinates
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
No travel requirements
