Customer Service Associate
Adecco is assisting our local client recruiting for Customer Service Associate jobs in Tucson, AZ. This Customer Service Associate position is Temp to hire opportunities!
Customer Service Associate position require candidates to manage a high volume of inbound calls with varying degrees of questions or concerns, identify and resolve complaints, customer interactions, record details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken within a professional work environment. Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for Customer Service Associate Position:
  • Handle incoming telephone calls from customers and transportation professionals
  • Enter customer orders
  • Coordinate pickup and delivery of orders
  • Conduct quality checks of picked glassware orders in the warehouse
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Handle customer or transportation issues, and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Process credits and exchanges
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers
  • Perform special assignments as requested
 
Customer Service Associate Requirements and skills:
  • Attentive to details
  • Ability to adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Ability to adhere to all quality processes, including documentation and verification
  • A team player
  • Ability to articulate and communicate effectively with customers, transportation professionals, and co-workers
  • Work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent problem solving and innovative thinking skills
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Ability to read and write English
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft applications (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Customer Service experience preferred but not required
