One of our premier partners in here in the Greater Boston area if looking to add an Office Manager to their growing team. The ideal candidate will be a complete utility player ready to step up plate and handle a diverse array of responsibilities. Reporting directly to the CEO the ideal candidate will be handling reception, doing all filing within the office, ordering supplies and keeping the office well stocked, and reconciling invoices, in addition to taking on extra responsibilities as needed. This candidate will have 3+ years experience running the day to day operations of a professional office environment while also being comfortable with a flexible work day and relaxed business atmosphere. Managing inventory levels for office and kitchen supplies Must Haves ? 3+ years experience in an office admin role ? Strong Multi-tasking a MUST ? Microsoft Suite
