Customer Service Representative

Acme Furniture Corporation is currently seeking an experienced and ideally bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team at 31918 Hayman St, Hayward, CA 94544

With 31 years of distribution experience in the USA, ACME has made a presence in the furniture industry; we aim to provide our dealers with the widest selection possible, strive to maintain availability with the best service. ACME couldn't get to this point without all your support and our dedicated team members.


Summary:

The Customer Service Representative will report to the manager of the store and will handle customer inquiries over the phone, via email and in-person. This person will need to be self-motivated, reliable and able to provide top-notch customer service to our clients.


Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming telephone calls, emails and walk-ins to provide information about products, services and shipments to customers
  • Respond to incoming emails to provide information about products, services and shipments
  • Assist customers in placing and tracking orders
  • Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken


Education and Experience:

  • 1+ years of retail customer service experience
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish highly preferred
  • High School Diploma


Skills and Abilities:

  • Go-getter attitude, engaging, and willing to show initiative
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service to every customer, every time
  • Enjoy building relationships
  • Have a desire to solve problems, help people, and put customers at ease
