**AECOM** is seeking an innovative and proactive Senior Project Controls Engineer, the candidate will be involved in a number of projects and project teams at the same time, at various stages of the projects' lifecycle, from inception through close-out, varying in complexity and value.
The responsibilities of Senior Project Controls Engineer include, but are not limited to:
+ Prepare monthly financial reports
+ Reviews purchase order and subcontract commitments and expenditures; maintains tracking database to ensure that funding is aligned with work authorization and expenditures
+ Review and advise on uncommitted balances
+ Evaluate and advise on contingency balances
+ Examine vendor invoices / applications for payment
+ Lead the change control process
+ Project financial close-out
+ Evaluate productivity versus budget limitations including preparation of variance analysis
+ Compares actual cost to funding limitations; prepares expenditure forecasts to identify critical points in project funding
+ Conducts or assists in performance measurement and associated cost trending / forecasting
+ Participates in and may lead project cost review meetings
+ Assists in procedure development and implementation
+ Conduct periodic construction project site visits to monitor project progress and assure progress schedule integrity, and participate in regular progress schedule meetings with construction team

**DCS-Program and Project Management**
BA/BS plus 8 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
+ Ability to work under own initiative and unsupervised, but also as part of a team
+ Experience of working in process manufacturing and/or bio-pharmaceutical industries; on-site experience is preferred but not required
+ Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word and Teams
+ Knowledge of construction scheduling using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project
+ Familiarity with business intelligence / reporting / dashboarding tools such as Power BI / Tableau
+ Impeccable verbal, written and numeracy skills in a client facing capacity
