Inspired Packaging. A World of Difference. MISSION/SUMMARY:
Fully support the Risk Management function on a global basis. Assist with the renewal of insurance policies, and collateral review. In addition, work directly with the department's Sr. Analysts. Job Functions:
BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE:
- Responsible for issuing COIs to customers, reviewing COIs provided by our vendors.
- Assist Sr. Analyst with data gathering for insurance renewals.
- Manage collateral requirements of all insurance carriers. Assist Sr. Analyst with the annual Plan for: insurance premiums, WC claims expense and brokerage fees.
- Work directly with the Company's locations in all countries at the entry and mid staff levels.
- Maintain department's SharePoint site.
- Maintain department's data and RMIS system. Department allocation for insurance premiums and expenses.
- Review invoices for accuracy and process for payment. Other duties as assigned.
2 - 4 years' experience in risk management, brokerage industry, finance or accounting preferred; experience with data analytics and industry experience also considered. EDUCATION AND KNOWLEDGE:
Bachelor's degree required; preferably in Risk Management, Accounting, MIS, Finance or related field.
Provide data to accounting department and outside actuaries on a monthly and semi-annual basis, and reconcile discrepancies. SPECIFIC SKILLS:
Microsoft Office skills and aptitude for other software. Exceptional analytical skills. Advanced Excel skills (vlookup, pivot tables, macros, etc.) Aptitude and/or working knowledge of basic accounting concepts. SAP experience preferred. Strong oral and written communication.
