Our local client is looking for Senior Project Managers to work onsite with their existing team. This permanent employment opportunity is based in the Bothell, Washington area. The Sr. Project Manager will be managing key projects as part of our client'Microsoft strategic business plan. As a key member of the team, you will ensure that changes are delivered to the expectations of stakeholders. Ideal candidates for this role can also be responsible for managing projects to successful completion, ensuring that projects deliver on time, on budget, and in accordance with standards and guidelines over the entire project. Your responsibilities in this role

- Make certain that the functional requirements are tracked, achievable, and met

- Forms schedules and milestones, manages project scope and timelines, and inputs from all other teams assigns to that product

- Work in close cooperation with the Business Analyst, QA Manager, Product Owner/Product Manager, and Product Specialist

- Indicates project with reliable ticket workflows and boards

- Foster the team focus on the on-time delivery of agreed products

- Supports to manage, classify, and identify risk for functional improvement requests

- Works closely together and communicates with developers, designers, stakeholders, and technical team members

- Brings together figures from business analysts, QA leads, and technical leads into recommendations

- Operates with the Product Owner/Product Manager to turn the product roadmap into executable projects

- Behaves as Scrum Master for the developers on the team - clearing obstacles, ensuring the team is working effectively, and leading scrum ceremonies

- Work together to facilitate creation and maintenance of the Project Roadmap with the Product Owner/Product Manager

- Initiates and schedules projects - as per the Project Roadmap defined by the Business Owner

- Assist cross-product teams to manage dependencies

- Cooperates with Product Owner/Product Manager to assure that the product vision and high-level business objectives are evident and realistic

- Directs project planning

- Confirms the RACI matrix for projects in a product line

- Administers deployment scheduling in coordination with tech lead, Product Owner, and Dev Ops

- Time blocks and presides the sprint planning and grooming meetings and follows ticket assignments

- Creates detailed reporting to management on milestone completion, risk assessment, and project status

- Enhances the daily stand-ups, making sure they are brief, focused, and timely
- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Experience with implementation

- Hardware Troubleshooting experience highly preferred

- Previous experience working with Basic Network Troubleshooting

- Adeptness in Implement Strategies

- Demonstrated knowledge of Windows Enviornment

- Proficiency in Complex SQL Queries

- Project management experience

- Background working with Network Troubleshooting

- Good understanding of Basic Troubleshooting

- Earlier work involving Hardware Troubleshooting

- Practical knowledge of Basic Troubleshooting

- General familiarity with Basic Network Troubleshooting

- Solid understanding of SQL Queries

- Write SQL Queries experience preferred

- This position requires proficiency using commonly accepted scheduling and project management tools

- Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical colleagues

- You'll do well at this position if you are familiar and comfortable with IT project management methodologies

- We'll consider you a good candidate for this position if you are flexible and focused

- Minimum of 3+ years of relevant Project Management experience

- Candidates with experience working with e-learning and blended learning programs will be the best fit for this position

- Project Management (PMP) certification desired

- Ability to complete multiple tasks and projects within deadlines

- Capable of working independently with minimal oversight

- Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments

- Strong problem-solving skills

- Background in project management, operations, and supervisory leadership
